💙I saw a cute set that I would love to order, but I missed the drop deadline; can I still order? Absolutely, you can order ANY design during a drop. I order fabric when the drop ends, so I will place your order at the end of the next drop.
💙Do you offer gift certificates? Gift Certificates are available for purchase.
💙What is your return policy? Due to the customization of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but if your item arrives damaged please message me.
💙What is the turnaround time? Shirts- Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks on shirts (not including transit time with USPS), although I try as hard as possible to get them out sooner. Custom Fabric Bottoms-unless listed RTS these items are sewn to order so TAT is 4.5-5.5 weeks (not including transit time with USPS), although I try as hard as possible to get them out sooner.
💙Do you take custom orders? If you are looking for something other than what I have listed and would like to create your own custom design, please send me a message and I will work with you to create your vision. Turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 1-3 weeks due to an extended design process to be sure that I have created the perfect replication of your vision. Custom orders require a $5 non-refundable deposit, but this will be applied to your final total.
💙 Do you take rush orders? I do accept rush orders. A 20% fee will apply plus any shipping fees if I have to order blanks that I do not have on hand.
💙 What about shipping? I offer free local pickup in Ocean Springs. I ship through USPS usually 2-5 day shipping. Shipping charges are $4.50+.50 cents per additional item. I do offer expedited or overnight shipping for an additional charge.
💙Can I get a colored shirt?" The short answer, yes. You absolutely can, but your results will vary greatly. Sublimation is a dye process and doesn't print white. I mean, if you think about it, there really isn't a way to dye something white anyway. You can bleach it, but thats totally different. So if you want to use a darker shirt, or a black shirt, technically it WILL dye it, but you wont see it very well, if at all. The best way I have found to explain it is this: Picture the dyes in your design are Crayola Markers, and the shirt is construction paper. If you colored on black paper with markers, nothing will show up. If you color on yellow paper with a pink marker it will look orange.
